Kathy Determan HELPS YOU MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

Kathy is excited to begin another Chapter of her Life as an Associate for HINN Real Estate  “I am so greatful for my Family's support and now to have the support of the whole HINN Real Estate Company – I just couldn't be more excited.” Determan said.

Kathy Determan is originally from Terril and now lives on Emerald Hills Golf Course with her husband, Dave, in Arnolds Park, Iowa.   Dave and Kathy have two grown daughters and four grandchildren.  Kathy and her family have spent numerous hours enjoying the Iowa Great Lakes Region. 

Kathy has a business background and has worked in a law office in Milford since 1991.  Through her work at the law office, Kathy learned the importance of attention to detail, communication, loyalty, confidentiality, and customer service.  She believes these same qualities will go a long way in the real estate industry as well.
